WEEKLY STAFF PERFORMANCE CONTEST

When you finish an assignment, we send the client an “Employee Performance Evaluation Form,” and ask the client to evaluate your work in terms of:

  Quality

  Quantity

  Equipment proficiency

  Familiarity with legal procedures

  Initiative

  Attitude

  Ability to get along with others in the office

  Overall performance


You will receive a copy of whatever the client has written so that you can see how your work is judged from a client’s perspective.


We’re certain you’ll receive only positive evaluations from your assignments!


For those evaluations that show you’ve gone that extra mile (those which rate your overall performance as “excellent,” “terrific,” “great” or anything beyond “good/very good”) we’ll award you a $20 bonus as extra thanks for your great work!
