WEEKLY STAFF PERFORMANCE CONTEST

When a Pro Tem temporary employee finishes an assignment at your office, we send you our “Employee Performance Evaluation Form,” and ask you to evaluate the work our employee did for your office, in terms of:

  Quality

  Quantity

  Equipment proficiency

  Familiarity with legal procedures

  Initiative

  Attitude

  Ability to get along with others in the office

  Overall performance


Your candid answers help us in our ongoing evaluation of our employees’ strengths and weaknesses, and enable us to best match their skills with your firm’s needs.


For those evaluations that indicate an employee has gone that extra mile (those which rate his/her overall performance as “excellent,” “terrific,” “great” or anything beyond “good/very good”) we’ll award that employee a $20 bonus as our recognition and appreciation for the extra effort.
