EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

Many of our best employees were initially referred to us by current Pro Tem employees.

We want to thank, as well as encourage, those who send us successful referrals, so we offer this incentive to all Pro Tem employees:

Refer an applicant to Pro Tem and, when (s)he has worked 100 hours for us, you will receive $100.00 as our “thank you” for your referral.

Just make sure your referral uses your name when (s)he calls, so you get the credit.

We’ll track the hours of the person you referred, but if you want to know the hourly “count down” for your bonus, just call Karen Conole in payroll at (619) 232-6191.
